IPRN solutionVoice IPRN switch with a built-in control panel and billing
A voice IPRN switch receives calls on International Premium Rate Numbers, answers them with the right audio or IVR, controls how long each call lasts and records every minute for billing. IPRNVOICE gives you the switch and the business panel in one system: no separate softswitch to buy, no spreadsheets for payouts.
What a voice IPRN switch does
Voice IPRN traffic arrives from your IPRN providers over SIP. The switch has to recognise the provider, match the dialled number to the right range, answer the call, play the content for that range, end the call at the right time and write a CDR. Because payouts depend on valid, answered minutes, the switch also has to reject bad traffic before it reaches your numbers.
A general-purpose softswitch can answer calls, but it does not know about ranges, agents, payouts or IPRN limits. A voice IPRN switch is built around those things.
Voice IPRN switch features
Built-in call engine
A FreeSWITCH call engine with provider IP authentication, on a dedicated server with its own IP. Calls terminate on the same system that manages them.
Audio and IVR per range
Upload audio files from the panel and assign playback or IVR to each range. Calls route instantly to the right file. See audiotext & IVR.
Multi-duration control
Per range: a random duration between a minimum and maximum, a fixed duration, or a list of durations picked at random. You can change the duration of a live call.
Multi-supplier ranges
Unlimited providers. Payment terms, currency, action and limits are set per range and shown in every report.
Traffic control
Two-level CLI control with whitelist and blocklist, plus daily and weekly limits per range, number, agent, country and timezone.
Live calls and rejections
Watch live calls in real time, and see every rejected call with the reason and SIP code.
Agents and sub-agents
Multi-level reseller portals with their own numbers, reports and statements, and payouts in up to 9 tiers.
Telegram control
A Telegram bot sends alerts and a daily summary, and lets you block or enable ranges, numbers, agents or CLIs from your phone.
How a call flows through the switch
- The provider sends the call to your switch's IP address; the switch checks the provider by IP.
- The number is matched to its range, provider and (if allocated) agent.
- Rules are checked: CLI whitelist and blocklist, and limits per range, number, agent, country and timezone. A call that breaks a rule is rejected and logged with its SIP code.
- The call is answered and the range's audio or IVR plays.
- The duration rule for the range decides when the call ends.
- The CDR is written and feeds live reports, agent statements and the margin report.

Who it is for
- IPRN operators with their own providers who want control of routing, content and limits.
- Number providers and carriers who resell ranges through agents.
- Growing resellers moving off someone else's panel to their own platform.
If you would rather not run a switch at all, the hosted LCR ONE IPRN Tool runs it for you.

FAQ
What is a voice IPRN switch?
It is the platform that receives International Premium Rate Number calls from providers, answers them with the audio or IVR set for each range, controls call duration, applies traffic limits and records every call for billing and payouts.
Do I need a separate softswitch?
No. IPRNVOICE has a built-in FreeSWITCH call engine with provider IP authentication, so the switch and the control panel come as one system.
Can I set different audio for each range?
Yes. You upload audio files in the panel and assign playback or IVR per range, so each range plays its own content.
How is call duration controlled?
Per range you can use a random duration between a minimum and maximum, a fixed duration, or a list of durations picked at random, and you can change the duration of a live call.
How many ports does it support?
IPRNVOICE plans run from 100 to 1000 concurrent ports per server.
