IPRN solutionIPRN billing system: payouts, statements and margin from one set of CDRs
An IPRN billing system turns calls into money: it rates every call by range, applies the billing increment, works out what each provider owes you and what you owe each agent, and produces statements both sides can trust. In IPRNVOICE, billing runs on the same CDRs as the switch, so reports, payouts and statements always match.
Why IPRN needs its own billing
IPRN billing runs in two directions at once. Providers pay you per minute for each range; you pay agents a lower payout per minute, sometimes in tiers, and agents pay their sub-agents. Each range can have its own rate, billing increment, currency and payment terms. Spreadsheets break quickly under that load, and a single wrong formula can wipe out a week's margin. For the basics, see IPRN rates & payouts.

What an agent statement shows
| Line | What it means |
|---|---|
| Opening balance | What was owed at the start of the period |
| Weekly usage per range | Billable minutes and payout for each range the agent used |
| Unbilled till yesterday | Usage not yet invoiced |
| Payments | Every payment made to the agent |
| Credit notes | Adjustments, for example for rejected minutes |
| Balance due | What is owed now |
Agents see only their own statement, numbers and reports, never your provider rates or margin. Payment terms can be set per number.
Provider side: demand notes and reconciliation
Each provider pays on its own cycle. Your billing system should show, per provider and per range, the billable minutes and value you expect, so you can raise a demand note and compare it with the provider's own statement. When the provider rejects minutes, you can see which ranges and agents they came from and correct the agent side with a credit note.
Margin and billing reports
- Margin report: revenue, agent payout, margin, margin %, average margin per day and margin per billed minute.
- Provider and agent reports: minutes and value per provider and per agent.
- Timezone report: any day in a range's local timezone, by hour: calls, duration, bill duration, ACD and payouts.
- Export and daily summary: create, filter and export any report, and receive a daily summary automatically on Telegram.
Billing built into the IPRN switch
Because IPRNVOICE bills from the same CDRs the switch writes, there is no import step and no mismatch between live calls, reports, statements and the margin report. Switch, control panel and billing come together from $300 per month.
